Standard Features

1. Manufactured in an NPCA Certified Plant to insure the highest industry standards are maintained.

2. Exterior Ashler Stone appearance (bottom), Random Grooved Barnwood appearance (top). Painted to owner’s choice from standard chart of colors.

3. Two skylights cast into the roof.

4. Two 12” diameter black HDPE vent pipes extending approximately 3’ above the roof line.

5. Two aluminum 24” x 24” clear through access/clean out hatch with padlock staples. Padlock not included.

6. Four 8" x 30" vinal bug screen windows.

7. Two 16" x 8" Ledbetter floor vents.

8. Two 3-0 x 6-8 16ga steel frames and insulated 18ga flush doors:

• Ball bearing hinge
• Door closure
• Grade 1 keyed/push button lever handle lockset (can be keyed to owner’s key)
• Safety chain
• Adjustable aluminum/vinyl door sweep
  

9. One stainless steel floor mounted urinal.
